A graduate of the renowned Sao-Paulo-based Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) University, Jose Auriemo Neto commenced his career at JHSF back in 1993. The young executive impressed everyone at JHSF with his exceptional innovation skills after he founded Parkbem in 1997. The company specialized in rendering parking lot management services. Within a year, Parkbem expanded and became the group’s services department. The young entrepreneur took his creative abilities to the retail world, helping the group develop its first shopping complex called the Shopping Santa Cruz. The shopping complex consists of a movie theatre, a series of restaurants, and several stores.

JHSF appointed Jose Auriemo as the CEO in 2006. His duty as the CEO involved overseeing the daily management of the company and working closely with department leaders in implementing important policies. He helped the company expand its investments in both private and public developments.
