Securus may utilize when your holder is getting calls. An AdvanceConnect accounts is a friends and family deal. A Billing Statements and Service Fund – or “USF” – fee applies to some buddy or family member’s bill if he’s accepting state-to-state or worldwide calls from offenders. If the account holder has requested that their account be closed, the request is held to allow for charges or any calls to clear the account. The account is closed, and a refund may be processed, when appropriate.
With Personal Online Banking
This AdvanceConnect account’s balance may not reflect recent call action. Due to processing cycles, it’s likely to invest more than the number of funds. If an AdvanceConnect accounts has fees that exceed the account balance – in which case the account balance will be negative – then the accounts will be blocked from getting additional inmate calls. The AdvanceConnect account holder must pay the amount due before the AdvanceConnect account was blocked. Account cubes are released periodically, so it could take up to half the time to receive calls again.

AdvanceConnect account holders can visit www.securustech.net or telephone 1-800-844-6591 to find balance and other info on their AdvanceConnect accounts. Members may open an AdvanceConnect accounts at 1-800-844-6591 or www.securustech.net. This information is needed when opening an AdvanceConnect accounts. You can receive inmate calls provided that your invoice is paid in full by the due date.
